Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer on-delivery inspection while the courier is present

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with the tag and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after the return is received.
Customer covers shipping and return fees, except when the mistake is from our side.

Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
